Designed a web ticketing request portal for engineers to easily login, create and manage ticket requests all in one place.
My Role: Lead UX and UI Designer, Wireframing, Research, Strategy, prototyping.
HOW IT WORKS
Ticket Requests Dashboard
View individual employee requests, as well as company tickets by toggling through different pages. Employees can view all tickets in one dynamic table and tab between open and resolved tickets.
View each tickets detailed information, latest activity, priority and more. Employees can easily communicate with customer support and track previous comments through the response widget.
Submitting a Request
We simplified the process of creating a new ticket by adding in a request widget and provided division category selections to make employee support interactions more efficient.
In order to personalize the tool, employees have the ability to upload profile avatars and update information in their account settings.
